What women are saying.

“She's really helped me with my confidence, feeling happier, more calm and no longer feeling stuck. This has been one of the best investments I've ever made. My family, especially my husband, can tell you about the difference it's made for all of us.”

“Kelsey asks the hard questions and knows how to steer the conversation so it keeps moving in the right direction as well as giving the right homework to try out a new skill set. It is so different than talking with a friend where it ends up being a vent session and I just feel worse or more upset. I highly recommend Kelsey and the Master Class. I am always catching myself saying, ‘Oh this is good info. People need to hear this!’”

"All of the coaching was about me and becoming aware of myself and my thoughts and feelings and actions. But becoming aware of myself has helped me see where I need to ask him [my husband] for help when it's possible - not in order to change him, but to help me change myself. To stop putting myself last. I never knew what to ask him for before that would actually help, because I didn't know the root of what was wrong. But that seems a lot clearer now."

"I love that I not only have the tools to address the feelings I feel the need to hide from, but also to anticipate those feelings and choose a different course so that they don't have a chance to come up."

“I'm feeling very, very grateful. I feel like I just dumped a whole bunch on you and you were able to find a few good things and sort through it. It's hard to do that on your own.”

”Kelsey Roob has been a light in my life. Through our coaching calls, Kelsey has provided me with tools to navigate the delightful, but often overwhelming journey of starting up my own business. These tools enable me to process the difficult moments in a healthy way, and turn them into moments of success and growth. Through Kelsey’s wisdom and practical guidance, I have been able to break out of old habits of doubt and difficulty, and capture my dreams.”

“I was invited to The Woman School and was not seeking any help/change myself. I quickly found out I really needed some empowerment and coaching! I wanted to be able to hope and dream. I felt stuck. I wanted to know I could dream. You, Kelsey, showed me that life is just starting and that there are opportunities I can create for myself. I can find the money and time for a career change if I really want it. I can improve my life immediately by learning habits such as doing the dishes immediately or hanging up my clothes instead of leaving them in a pile. Most of all I learned that when I feel stuck I can reach out and ask for help.”

“Thank you so much! Yesterday was not easy, but it brought so much clarity and understanding. I cannot begin to tell you how much it changes my perspective. Thank you for taking the time to follow up with me and provide more guidance. It is remarkable the questions you ask, and getting to the core of so many of my previous beliefs. I am so grateful for you. You are incredible!”

“I am more accepting now of the realization of my part in the relationship with my husband. I consciously try to view things from his point-of-view more often. I realize that I am only responsible for my part in this relationship and in hopes for a better relationship, I need to change my thoughts and ways (which may inspire change in him as well). Before The Woman School, I would just see all the things that HE needs to "change" and what HE is doing/isn't doing without much thought of what I was doing to contribute to any problems. I switch my mindset to gratitude for how hard he works to provide me and the kids a comfortable and financially stable life. I am thankful for how much of a wonderful father he is to our kids and thankful that I have a husband that I truly feel is still attracted and in-love with me. In this small switch in thinking, it has changed everything drastically. It has allowed me to let go of any past resentment and be more vulnerable and loving towards him. I realize now how little love and affection I was showing because of my mental roadblocks of inner anger and resentment towards him. Everything you have done, Kelsey, has been extremely helpful to me.”
